Every American will be guaranteed healthcare insurance coverage for basic medical care, including prevention, acute care, chronic care, and end-of-life care. The coverage is citizen-based, lifelong, portable, and is independent of preexisting conditions, employment status, and age. Americans will have peace of mind knowing that they and their families will have access to quality health care that will not bankrupt them.
Goal: By November 2020 100% of the population is insured.
